Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 April 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ANATYLICA website, platform, content, dashboards, data views, communications, APIs, model-assisted features, and related services. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
Contracting party
The service is provided by Peter la Cour, representing ANATYLICA, with a current correspondence address at Avenida Aguilera 18, 03006 Alicante, Spain.
Eligibility and permitted users
The service is intended for professional and business users. You may use the service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by trade, sanctions, export-control, securities, or other applicable laws.
ANATYLICA may restrict, suspend, revoke, or deny access where it reasonably considers this necessary to manage risk, protect the service, protect customers, respond to legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate and current information, use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect access, and notify ANATYLICA promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Access may be subject to entitlements, role permissions, invitation workflows, and additional identity or compliance checks.
Service description and limits
ANATYLICA provides information, analytics, dashboards, research support tools, and model-assisted outputs designed to support professional analysis. Unless ANATYLICA expressly agrees otherwise in a signed contract, the service is provided on a non-exclusive, revocable, limited, non-transferable basis for your internal business use only.
The service does not include brokerage, execution, custody, portfolio management, individualized suitability analysis, fiduciary services, or guaranteed regulatory treatment. Use of the service remains subject to the separate Disclaimer and AI Use & Limitations Statement.
Commercial terms
Public website access may be free, while platform access, subscriptions, modules, or enterprise functionality may be subject to fees under an order form, subscription plan, or separate commercial agreement. You remain responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges except taxes based on ANATYLICA's net income.
If you sign a separate master services agreement, order form, data processing addendum, security addendum, or other commercial document with ANATYLICA, that signed agreement will control over these public Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Restrictions on use
- Use the service unlawfully or in violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable financial-services laws.
- Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide access to the service except as expressly authorized.
- Scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the service, content, models, prompts, or outputs beyond permitted use.
- Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the source, methodology, timing, or reliability of outputs.
- Use the service or outputs to generate individualized investment advice, portfolio suitability determinations, or regulated recommendations unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Use the service to train third-party models using ANATYLICA content or outputs unless ANATYLICA expressly permits this in writing.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt to circumvent security or entitlement controls.
Intellectual property and feedback
ANATYLICA and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, design, content, data presentation, analytics logic, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to the service, ANATYLICA may use them without restriction or obligation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality and customer data
If you disclose confidential or non-public information to ANATYLICA, you should do so only where permitted under applicable law and any governing contract. Enterprise customers should use a separate confidentiality agreement, MSA, or DPA where appropriate.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you grant ANATYLICA only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and secure customer data for the purpose of providing the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANATYLICA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANATYLICA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, or trading losses arising from or related to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any direct liability cap should be finalized in a signed commercial agreement. If no separate agreement applies, ANATYLICA's aggregate liability should be limited to the greater of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim or a minimum fallback amount to be inserted once the legal entity and sales model are finalized.
Indemnity, suspension, and termination
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANATYLICA and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, breach of these Terms, misuse of outputs, or violation of rights of a third party.
ANATYLICA may suspend or terminate access immediately if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, address sanctions or export-control concerns, or enforce these Terms.
Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Subject to any mandatory law that gives consumers the right to bring claims in another forum, the courts of Alicante, Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
ANATYLICA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where legally or commercially appropriate, by giving additional notice or requiring renewed acceptance.
